Would you let your son wear leggings to school?

That's a complicated question. I would say it depends on where I live, how old my son was, how well I knew the school dress code, and whether or not my son was tough enough to withstand some taunts and teasing from others and that's just a few I can think of.
We should remember that women had to fight to be able to wear pants.. for a long time that was not allowed in public so times do change, but in answer to your question yes I probably would.
I know times are changing and hopefully it's not a big deal anymore because to me it's really just so silly I would let my son wear anything he wants to at home but carefully explain to him the possible repercussions of doing it in public. I look forward to a day when people of any gender will be able to wear whatever they like, but that probably won't happen in my lifetime.
